While we offer international calls from the New York Southern Tier across the globe with a Haefele digital phone line; In order to make those calls, you will need to first notify us, so that we may authorize them on your account. Doing so will help us keep your phone more secure by accounting for any potential fraud attempts.

Can I keep my current phone number?
Most areas yes, however, your current phone number must be an active number in order to port. Please call us for exclusions.
Can I make international calls?
In order to make International calls with your Haefele Digital Phone, you will need to first notify us, so that we may authorize them on your account. Doing so will help us keep your phone more secure by accounting for any potential fraud attempts. There is no charge for signing up for this service, but International calling rates do apply. Please Contact Us to add this service to your existing Digital Phone service. The process is simple and should only take a few minutes.
Does VOIP work the same as Landline phone service?
Yes and no. The VOIP digital phone service we install runs through a modem versus a landline, however, the service works with your homes existing wiring, phone jacks, and phones.
Do I need any equipment?
Yes, you will need a phone modem in order to have VOIP digital phone service. We have modems available for purchase or rent.
Will my phone work if there is a power outage?
With our VOIP home phone services, if the power goes out and our equipment is tied in with the outage then your phone service will not work until the power is fully restored.
